Marble Countertops: Marble is a beautiful rock and has been used on palace floors by master craftsmen. That kind of richness it has, it was a show of wealth and power. But nowadays this rock is used in everyday homes for kitchens and bathrooms.

Granite countertops: Granite is a much better substance for bathroom countertops. This quarry rock from the mountain is cut in any dimension you would like and stained in the color of your choice.

Appearance: There is no denying the fact that both granite and marble countertops are beautiful. But when we are talking about the look of a bathroom, marble adds a uniform, soft and elegant look with an even color palette and soft veining. If you want a rich looking bathroom, go for marble.

Installation: It is easy to install a marble countertop during a bathroom renovation project. It can be easily milled, machined, tumbled and cut into various sizes. On the other hand, granite is a heavy rock and transporting and installing it requires a lot of energy. Even granite slabs might get damaged if not taken care of properly.
